Best restaurants in Paris for style and sophistication

Best restaurants in Paris are in a class of their own
Parisian restaurants are often noted for their elegance and sophistication, and the Restaurant Beaucoup in the Marais quarter fits wonderfully into that category. Founded by Julien Foiun and Ludovic Dardenay following success with their Glou and Jaja restaurants in the Marais, the Beaucoup has an exhilarating ambience; a combination of Parisian, Nordic and New York vibe.
A large interior loft-like space with a light wood décor and industrial suspensions is illuminated by large windows which look out upon an internal courtyard. In the open kitchen at the rear of this impressive space you can see the charcoal grill as you enjoy the soothing and relaxed environment and choose from the day's specials chalked up on the blackboard. There is an 11 metre long bar of solid brass and large hosting tables which can seat up to 22 people. You can also enjoy an intimate dinner for two tucked away in a cosy corner. So whichever style of dining you seek to embrace, the Beaucoup can accommodate your wishes, and the restaurant's name is fully borne out by the all you can eat grand buffet menu.
